About the accommodation
The holiday apartment is located in a half-timbered house built in 1913 directly on the Rur and only 500 meters from the center of Monschau. Originally built as a ballroom for the citizens of Monschau, it was later used as a gym. After it stood empty for over 10 years, the building was completely renovated and many of the original elements of the gym were used as furniture.
The "Hausmeisterwohnung" holiday apartment is suitable for four people and extends over two floors. The private entrance is on the ground floor. On the first floor, there is a living-dining area with an open kitchen, a dining table for four people, a sofa corner with a TV, and a bathroom with a vanity, shower, and toilet. On the second floor, there are two double bedrooms with comfortable box-spring beds. The first double bedroom is a walk-through room!
The holiday apartment has a parking space and a private terrace, perfect for relaxing.
